SENIOR YOUTH THEATRE is for students age 7 to 12 years.  Students do not need any previous stage or acting experience, however, they do need to be prepared to contribute, work hard and have loads of fun.

Youth Theatre is NOT a holiday care program, it is serious theatre for those that are keen to learn and be on stage.

Plays and musical plays are written so that every student receives a meaningful role with dialogue.  Roles are designed so that those with more confidence and experience can be extended, while those less confident can be nurtured.

Play Synopsis

Word on the streets of Greece is that a group of Half Bloods are seeking a claiming from the Gods of Olympus. What strange and exciting things will happen to them on their quest? Can they pass the test of the Mirror of Hesperides? What will happen when they get to the Garden of Hesperides and meet Ladon the Dragon? Why has Hades appeared from the underworld? Which Goddesses will assist the Half Bloods and which will will stand in their way? And what of the mighty Zeus… will he accept a claiming from his Half Blood, Phasis? If you love anything about the Greek Gods or the Percy Jackson books you will love this mythological adventure.
